Occasional professional talks. Advice, relaxing activities and helpful contact sheets.

The aim in setting up this service is to maintain/improve the mental health of carers.  This is done by providing a safe environment for people to meet and talk with others in a similar position. Guidance and advice will also be given by professionals on varying topics when they are available.  All speakers are providing their services free of charge.
